Don’t miss this incredible opportunity to connect with, learn from, and be inspired by an extraordinary group of women in politics and leadership.
Welcome
We recognize the need to equip women leaders with tools to balance professional, personal, and political aspirations.
In 2023, our first conference was held on September 16, at the Stonebridge Inn Conference Centre, this one-day conference was a game-changer for women aspiring to lead in their communities. Our keynote speaker, Christine Elliott, described our conference as a “template for the province”.
Our mission is simple: to empower women to reach their full leadership potential. We believe in fostering a space for inspirational dialogues, exchanging ideas, and forming powerful connections that extend beyond the conference. At each conference we curate a roster of experienced speakers who share their journeys, insights, and strategies, all aiming to inspire and pave the way for the next generation of women leaders. Attendees engage in dynamic networking sessions with like-minded individuals, enabling them to expand their professional circles and find potential mentors or collaborators. Knowledge transfer is at the core of our conference, with panel discussions, keynote speeches, and breakout sessions designed to impart valuable, practical skills and understanding of the political landscape. It’s an opportunity to gain insights into the challenges and rewards of political leadership, learn about opportunities, and find out ways to contribute as a leader to our community.
